Project buyer

We are looking for a person with broad experience in purchasing and logistics, eager to take on a challenging role with curiosity and a solution-oriented approach!

Responsibilities

Your initial responsibilities would include (but not limited to) the following.

  • Support our projects and organization with placing purchase orders, following up on deliveries and register incoming goods and services.

  • Make requests for quotations and conduct negotiations within your role as Project Buyer

  • Support with administrative tasks within Purchasing

  • Have contact with suppliers and freight companies

  • Master data management in the ERP system

  • Continuously work with process improvements and business development within Purchasing

Knowledge, skills and experience

We believe you have the following qualifications:

  • Relevant education or significant experience in purchasing and logistics

  • Several years of relevant work life experience in purchasing, logistics, supply chain and project

  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and in writing

  • Have a thorough and structured way of working

  • Service minded

  • Knowledge in ERP system Monitor is favorable

  • Experience from working in production/the industry

You will be a part of our team Shared services together with colleagues within IT and Strategic Procurement.

  • Location: Stockholm, flexible hybrid office

  • Start immediately, considering possible notice

  • Permanent, full-time position
