Project buyer
We are looking for a person with broad experience in purchasing and logistics, eager to take on a challenging role with curiosity and a solution-oriented approach!
Responsibilities
Your initial responsibilities would include (but not limited to) the following.
Support our projects and organization with placing purchase orders, following up on deliveries and register incoming goods and services.
Make requests for quotations and conduct negotiations within your role as Project Buyer
Support with administrative tasks within Purchasing
Have contact with suppliers and freight companies
Master data management in the ERP system
Continuously work with process improvements and business development within Purchasing

Knowledge, skills and experience
We believe you have the following qualifications:
Relevant education or significant experience in purchasing and logistics
Several years of relevant work life experience in purchasing, logistics, supply chain and project
Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and in writing
Have a thorough and structured way of working
Service minded
Knowledge in ERP system Monitor is favorable
Experience from working in production/the industry
You will be a part of our team Shared services together with colleagues within IT and Strategic Procurement.
