Your role as controller
We are looking for a person with broad experience in financial and business controlling as well as knowledge of accounts payable and purchasing. You also need to be curious and enjoy taking on a challenging role with a solution-oriented approach.
As a person you are a prestige less team player, self-driven, service-minded and hands-on. You should enjoy a dynamic work environment within a fast-growing organization entering the global arena.
You will play a vital role in the development of our processes within finance – to continuously improve our way of working while growing as a company.
Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities would include (but would not be limited to) the following:
Budgeting and forecasting, cash management
Responsible for hands-on follow up and performing financial analysis
Support business development with financial modelling of future business scenarios
Internal reporting
Prepare financial reports for owners and financiers
Support accounts payable and accounting
Support with financial information in due diligence processes
Continuously improve overall financial processes and procedures
Responsible for improving financial consolidation and reporting tools

Knowledge, skills and experience
We believe you have the following qualifications:
University degree e.g. MBA or relevant education in finance and accounting
Several years of relevant work experience in controlling and accounting
Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and in writing
Have a thorough and structured way of working
Knowledge in ERP system
Advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capacity
